What we collect, why, and the choices you have.

Before launch: confirm this matches your final provider list and have it reviewed alongside your terms.

What we collect

Account details. Your name, email address, and password (stored only as a salted hash — we never see it).

Payment details. Card numbers never reach our servers. Our payment gateway tokenises your card in your browser and returns a token; we store only that token, the card brand, and the last four digits so you can recognise your own card.

Fraud and authenticity signals. When you join we record your IP address, the country it resolves to, and whether it belongs to a VPN, proxy, or data centre. We use this only to confirm that new members are genuine and to keep previously banned customers from returning.

Usage. Which pages and items you open, and basic technical details such as browser type. We do not sell this or share it with advertisers.

Why we use it

  • To run your membership: access, billing, receipts, and support.
  • To confirm new signups are genuine and prevent fraud and chargebacks.
  • To send service email such as receipts, renewal notices, and account changes.
  • To send occasional news about new material, but only if you asked for it. Every

such email has a one-click unsubscribe.

What we never do

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your membership or viewing activity with anyone outside the small set of providers listed below. We do not use advertising trackers.

Who processes data for us

  • Payment gateway — card tokenisation, authorisation, and settlement.
  • Hosting and storage provider — running the site and storing media.
  • Email delivery — sending receipts and account notices.
  • Fraud screening — IP and email reputation lookups at signup.
  • Email marketing — promotional campaigns, if you opted in.

Each receives only what it needs to do its job.

How long we keep it

Account and billing records are kept while your membership is active and then for as long as tax and chargeback rules require, normally seven years. Fraud screening records are kept while the account exists. Marketing consent records are kept until you withdraw consent.

Your choices

You can, at any time:

  • see and correct your account details from your account page;
  • cancel your membership online without contacting us;
  • unsubscribe from promotional email with one click;
  • ask for a copy of your data, or ask us to delete it, by writing to

[email protected]. We will respond within 30 days. Note that we must keep billing records even after an account is deleted.

Security

Traffic is encrypted in transit. Media files are stored privately and served only through short-lived signed links tied to your session, never from a public URL. Administrative access is restricted and every administrative action is recorded in an audit log.

Children

The site is not intended for children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
